FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of articles from glass-like materials used in optics, heat engineering, instrument making, optical and electronic industry, namely, to laser technology, particularly, to production of spinnerets. Proposed method comprises fabrication of spinneret blank with required outer and inner geometry. At that, austenitic hypo-eutectoid corrosion-resistant stainless steel is selected as material for workpiece, which is preliminarily subjected to thermal treatment in a muffle furnace with heating to temperature of 1,100 °C at rate of 400–700 °C per hour and further holding at given temperatures for 2.5–3.5 hours. Smoothly cooling the product together with the furnace at rate of 50–150 °C per hour.
EFFECT: reduced rejects.
