SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, particularly to use of conjugates of glycyrrhizic acid of formula 1 with amino acids of formula 2-9 as inhibitors of Dengue 2 and Zika flaviviruses. In said formulas, R = L-isoleucine (Ile) (2), L-tyrosine methyl ester (TyrOMe) (3), D-valine methyl ester (D-ValOMe) (4), L-phenylalanine ethyl ester (PheOEt) (5), ethyl ether of L-leucine (LeuOEt) (6), α-methyl ester of L-glutamic acid (GluOMe) (7), ε-N-carbobenzoxy-lysine (LysZ) (8), L-leucine-tyrosine methyl ester (Leu-TerOMe) (9).

EFFECT: conjugates are low-toxic and can be used for treating viral infections caused by Dengue 2 and Zika viruses.
