SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to pyrrolo{2,3-d}pyrimidine derivatives
or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds.
EFFECT: novel pyrrolo{2,3-d}pyrimidine derivatives which can be used to inhibit Janus kinase (JAK) and are applicable in methods of treating conditions mediated by JAK1 are obtained.
