FIELD: mining; antenna equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication means for transmitting information on a bit and other well parameters to receiving devices up the borehole of the bit. Disclosed is a downhole antenna comprising: a drill collar having an inner surface defining a central channel for fluid flow through the drill collar; a frame arranged inside the central bore of the drill collar and mechanically attached to the inner surface of the drill collar; and an antenna winding located between the outer surface of the frame and the inner surface of the drill collar. Frame includes an inner annular surface, which forms an auxiliary channel passing through the frame, and an outer surface facing the inner surface of the drill collar. Auxiliary channel is located coaxially with the central channel of the drill collar and provides a fluid flow through the drill collar and the frame.
EFFECT: high accuracy and/or definition of receiving and transmitting signals, as well as longer service life by eliminating the problem of antenna vibration in the mandrel and damage to external antennae.
