FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment of mining machines and is intended for use in low-voltage complete devices of mining excavators. Electric drives of the main movement of the excavator (head, lift and turn) and stroke are made according to the system active rectifier—voltage inverter—AC motor. A local DC network is used for power supply of the drives, which is organized using active rectifier (9), the output voltage of which is kept constant. Supercapacitor (31) performs the function of an intermediate energy accumulator, its charge is performed by recuperation current. Controller (28) determines the sign of total current of inverters (14... 20) and upon detection of recuperation process generates transistor switch control signal (32). Charging supercapacitor 31 with recuperation current increases voltage across it. Controller 28 determines the total sum of recuperation currents. Constant non-stabilized voltage on supercapacitor (31) is converted into three-phase stabilized voltage by means of inverter (29) driven by the network. Network in this case is secondary winding of auxiliary power supply transformer (10). Electric equipment of auxiliary needs receives energy from two sources—transformer (10) of inverter (29), driven by the network.
EFFECT: when implementing the invention, the power characteristics of the power supply system of the main drives are improved in all operating modes of the excavator.
