FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement technology and relates to a Raman spectrometer with a combination of micro- and macro-modes for chemical and structural analysis of substances. Spectrometer includes a platform on which a laser, a collimator, a first mirror, an optical low-pass filter, a microscope with a first sample and a coupling module, a first focusing lens, a monochromator and a radiation detection system are installed. In addition, the spectrometer contains a second focusing lens, a second mirror, a spherical mirror and a replaceable module with a stage, a second sample and a correcting lens. First mirror is rotatably mounted for optical conjugation of the laser optical radiation with a second focusing lens, a second mirror and a spherical mirror. Plug-in module can be positioned such that a low-pass filter is located between the correcting lens and the stage on the first optical axis. Second mirror and the spherical mirror are arranged such that the second optical axis formed by them intersects the first optical axis and the second sample is located at the intersection of the first and second optical axes.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the sensitivity and expand the functionality of the device.
