SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the vulcanization of rubber products. The vulcanization of rubber products in a horizontal vulcanization boiler consisting of a cylindrical body connected at the ends to the bottom and lid is proposed, which consists in the fact that the temperature increase is carried out stepwise in the following sequence: a blank rubber product is placed in a preheated boiler, then the boiler lid is closed and hot steam is supplied to the boiler under pressure until the temperature reaches in a boiler from 100 °C to 110 °C, the steam supply is turned off and the rubber product is heated for 10-20 minutes, after which steam is discharged from the boiler and hot steam is simultaneously supplied under pressure to when the temperature in the boiler reaches from 110 °C to 120 °C, the steam supply is turned off, the rubber product is heated with hot steam for 10-30 minutes, after which steam is discharged from the boiler and hot steam is simultaneously supplied under pressure until the temperature in the boiler reaches from 120 °C to 170 °C, the rubber product is vulcanized products, for 10-240 minutes, while compressed air is supplied to stabilize the steam pressure, after the end of vulcanization, steam pressure is relieved to 0.0 MPa; and a horizontal vulcanization boiler to implement the proposed vulcanization method.

EFFECT: technical result is an improvement of the prototype, improving product quality and labor productivity in the manufacture of rubber products by reducing the effect of steam pressure during vulcanization of massive multilayer rubber products, folded.
