FIELD: oil and gas.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of rubber-cord casings. The rubber-cord casing includes a sealed chamber consisting of a cylindrical, two shoulder parts and two end parts, one of which is equipped with a pipe fitting located along the chamber axis. The chamber is covered by a multilayer reinforcing rubberized cord frame. A rubber cover layer is placed on the rubberized cord frame. Layers of rubberized cord frame located on the end parts of the chamber are formed by separate radially directed and partially overlapping strips with the cord threads directed along the strips. The ends of the rubberized cord frame layers of the cylindrical part of the chamber are overlapped with the ends of the layers of the end parts of the chamber. At least one of the cord frame layers of the cylindrical part of the chamber is bent onto the shoulder or end part of the chamber, and at least one of the cord frame layers of the end part of the chamber is bent onto the shoulder or cylindrical part of the chamber. Adjacent overlaps located in the cylindrical and end parts of the chamber are displaced relative to each other in the axial and radial directions, respectively.

EFFECT: shutting off pipelines for various purposes for subsequent repairs in order to prevent leaks, spills, and can be used on main and process oil pipelines, oil product pipelines, water pipelines and sewer networks.
