A device for sealing pipelines, including a flexible shell made of a rubber-cord composite, consisting of a cylindrical and two end parts connected to it, a nozzle for supplying compressed gas attached to one of the end parts of the shell, and a core located inside the shell, reinforced with a wound spiral spring, the longitudinal axis of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the cylindrical part of the shell, rigidly attached by the ends with the help of nozzles to the opposite end parts of the shell, in this case, the power frame of the cylindrical part of the shell includes at least two layers of rubberized cord fabric, and the core is made of a rubber-cord composite that includes a power frame.

EFFECT: increase in the strength of the device, simplification of manufacturing technology and simplification of the design.
