FIELD: sealings.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices for pipeline network and can be used to shut off pipes of oil pipelines, water pipelines and other pipeline systems. Blanking rubber-cord device for shutting off pipelines, comprising an inner chamber formed by a cylindrical wall and two interfaced with it end walls, wherein one of the end walls is provided with a pipe fitting located along the chamber axis, passing inside the chamber into an annular disc connected to the chamber end wall through the rubber layer, reinforcing frame consisting of layers of rubberized cord fabric reinforcing cylindrical and end walls of chamber, wherein the rubberized cord fabric of the frame, reinforcing the end walls of the chamber, is made of separate radially directed and partially overlapping strips and a rubber cover layer disposed on the reinforcing frame, the reinforcing frame includes at least one additional layer of rubberized cord fabric applied to the inner chamber and located in the area of the cylindrical and end walls interface.
EFFECT: invention increases strength and durability of the device and provides the possibility of its use for pipelines in the wide range of diameters of pipes and pressure supplied inside the device of compressed air.
