FIELD: biotechnology; biochemistry; engineering enzymology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of producing immobilized enzymes and can be used in chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, ecology, food industry and agriculture for analytical determination of toxicity of separate substances and integral toxicity of mixtures of various substances, including inhibiting trypsin activity.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify procedure of enzyme immobilization, to increase stability of reagents for determination of trypsin inhibitors during storage and use, as well as reduce the cost of the enzyme preparation by using a cheap high-molecular compound—starch as a carrier.
