SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in surgical treatment of macular rupture of various diameters complicated by central retinal detachment in patients with high myopia and scleral staphyloma. That is ensured by subtotal 25+G vitrectomy with removal of the posterior hyaloid membrane, peeling of the internal border membrane (IBM) of the retina, and pneumoretinopexy. Residual fluid above the optic disc is removed as much as possible with the help of a cannula. That is followed by step-by-step applications of autologous conditioned plasma ACP, 5–7 layers. First, 3–4 layers are applied in the staphyloma area through the macular rupture, then 2–3 layers of ACP are applied on the surface of the retina above the rupture. Operation was completed by bringing the air to the normotension.

EFFECT: invention provides higher ability of retina to regenerate, enhancement of visual functions, excluding its toxic damage, reducing traumatization of retina and immune load.
