FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for grinding of fruits and vegetables and may be used in individual farms and farms, as well as in food industry. Horticultural products grinder includes a frame, a housing with a grinding chamber, a loading neck and an unloading window, an electric motor, knife wall with possibility of movement inside the housing along guides, counter support. Besides, the grinder additionally contains a housing of the actuator, in which the input shaft is installed, which is rigidly connected to the electric motor shaft, coaxial intermediate and output shafts. On the housing coaxially to the intermediate shaft the fixed elliptical gear wheel is rigidly fixed, on the output shaft the other elliptical gear wheel is installed. On the input shaft a spur gear is installed and is connected to the carrier by a gear transmission, wherein the carrier is made in the form of a spur gear, installed on intermediate shaft and connected through rotary kinematic pair with satellite shaft, consisting of elliptical gear wheel and elliptical gear, rotated by 180° relative to each other and connected by shaft. Elliptical gear wheel of satellite is connected to fixed elliptical gear wheel of the same size, and elliptical pinion gear is in gearing with elliptical gear wheel of the same size, note here that minor axle b1 of one pair of elliptical wheels may differ from minor axle b2 of the other pair while major axles a of all elliptical wheels are identical. All elliptical wheels are installed on their shafts in such a way that the axis of rotation of the shaft passes through a point called the focus of the dividing ellipse, which is located on the major semi-axis of the pitch ellipse at a distance c1 equal to from the center of the pitch ellipse for one pair of wheels and a distance c2 equal to for the other pair, and thus ensuring continuity of their engagement. On the carrier opposite to the satellite shaft at a distance H equal to the distance between the axes of rotation of the intermediate shaft and the satellite shaft, a counterweight is installed, mass of which is equal to mass of satellite. Cylindrical gear wheel is rigidly fixed on the output shaft. Output link in the form of a toothed rack is connected to the cylindrical gear wheel on the output shaft through the gearing and to the housing through the translational kinematic pair, made in the form of guides. Knife wall is fixed on the output link.

EFFECT: grinder is characterized by reduced wear of side faces of the blade wall and guides of the grinding chamber.
