SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to ergothioneine compositions. Disclosed is the use of hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof and/or trehalose for stabilizing ergothioneine, where hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof and/or trehalose is used to improve the thermal stability of ergothioneine, and where molecular weight of hyaluronic acid or its salt is from 3 to 30 kDa. Also disclosed is an additive for stabilizing ergothioneine and a composition ergothioneine.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides reduced destruction of ergothioneine at high temperature, while increasing the output of the powder ergothioneine product.
