FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method of identifying and determining pathogenicity of Vibrio cholerae strains by loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP). Method involves extraction of DNA from the analysed material, performing loop isometric amplification and recording the results. It differs by the fact that amplification is carried out using a developed set of primers to the ompW gene and a set of primers to the ctxA gene.
EFFECT: novel highly specific oligonucleotide primers for fast, specific, and sensitive detection of Vibrio cholerae strains in pure culture samples by loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP).
