SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food, fat-and-oil industry. Method for production of an extract of sprouts, and/or buds, and/or rhizomes, characterized by the fact that it involves collection of raw materials, its primary extraction, which is carried out at the point of collection of raw materials with glycerine at ratio of 1:3 by weight of raw materials. and glycerine, after which the main extraction is carried out by adding water and glycerine to the mixture of vegetal raw materials and glycerine so that the final ratio of raw materials:glycerine:water is 1:4:4, held in a closed room without access to sunlight at an air temperature of +18 °C to +25 °C for 30 days.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to preserve parts of plants in an active state due to exclusion of the process of self-fermentation, as well as to accelerate the extraction process.
