SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing a mixture of natural polysaccharides, which consists in the fact that the production is carried out in two steps, at the first stage Cyanobacterium sp. biomass is accumulated. by its cultivation on a BBM nutrient medium of the following composition (g/l): MgSO4×7H2O—0.075; KH2PO4—0.175; KCl—0.025; K2HPO4(×3H2O)—0.075; Fe+EDTA—1.00 ml; CaC2(×2H2O)—0.025; NaNO3—0.75; agar-agar—17; distilled water—balance; in sterile conditions in light/dark mode 12/12 hours, white light with intensity of 5,000 lx in a thermostatically controlled shaker with a rotor speed of 100 rpm for 21 days; at the second stage, the culture medium is replaced with a nitrate-free and sulphate-free medium of the following composition (g/l): KH2PO4—0.175; KCl—0.025; K2HPO4(×3H2O)—0.075; Fe+EDTA—1.00 ml; CaCl2(×2H2O)—0.025; agar-agar—17; distilled water—balance; and cultivation is carried out at pH=6.0 with rotor speed of 100 rpm for 21 days.
