FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the treatment of hypertension. 10–12 sessions are performed, during each of which the patient first performs exercises on simulators until muscle tension of the upper body is reduced or relieved, followed by manual exposure, for which the patient's head is fixed, rotates it by 10–15° to the side and fixes it until the superficial and middle muscles of the neck are relaxed, while performing continuous pressure in the sagittal plane with the thumb on the occipital-vertebral muscles, as well as on the muscles located between the transverse processes C1-C7, until the onset of relaxation, thereafter, similar exposure is applied to similar muscles of the other side. Training devices used are a Peckback simulator, or a Standing Multi Flight simulator, or a Lateral Deltoids simulator. For 1 session, patient performs 2 approaches. Number of repetitions of exercises in one approach is 15–20. Manual exposure is performed not more than 5 minutes after completion of exercises on the simulator.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by faster treatment with remission of up to 8 months.
