SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for examining heart function using wavelet transform of electrocardiograms (ECG) and Raman spectroscopy. ECG is obtained and processed using wavelet transform with preliminary filtration of high-frequency noise. Distribution of sensitive detail coefficients of wavelet transform is analyzed. Characteristic zones of coefficients and values of coefficients for healthy people and people with heart diseases are determined. Second measuring channel is connected—Raman spectroscopy is performed with non-invasive laser exposure on the patient's skin with tracking the response to this exposure. Wavelet transform is performed with possibility to change parent function on request. During ECG processing, areas of coefficients with characteristics changed during laser exposure are selected and visualized according to a given criterion. Feature space of wavelet transform coefficients is selected depending on parameters of laser action. Zones of distribution of wavelet transform coefficients, their dynamics and compliance with characteristic zones of diseases are monitored. Correlation of parameters of the Raman spectrum with the dynamics of the wavelet transform coefficients of the ECG is determined.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of estimating parameters of electrocardiosignals and broader functional capabilities of the method.
