FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water jet cleaning of castings from ceramic and sand moulds. Installation of hydraulic jet cleaning of castings, comprising a movable element with possibility of movement up/down, forward/backward and limited rotation, device for clamping and positioning the workpiece, a bath for collecting flowing water, according to the invention, comprises an actuating system, including a protective sleeve, button stations, human-machine interface with the possibility of controlling the actuators of the system, an inspection window, a panel, an operator podium and a working table, water storage and recovery system with ultrahigh pressure pump and scraper conveyor, overall corrosion-resistant working chamber with service door and hole in floor, bath for collection of flowing water and ventilation system, nozzle positioning device, and movable element is made in form of motorized movable platform with system of working table tilt/rotation with hydraulic clamping device for clamping and positioning of workpiece and support frame.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of cleaning castings from ceramic and sand moulds by creating ultra-high pressure (over 750 bar).
