FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of spherical polymer microcapsules in biotechnological and chemical industries. Disclosed is a method in which the encapsulate used is fat-soluble nutraceuticals, which are 0.1–5 % oil substrates of physiologically active food micro-ingredients, with the addition of vitamin E in amount of 1.5–6 %. Encapsulant used is 1–1.5 % sodium alginate gel capable of spherification in 10–12 % calcium chloride solution which additionally contains 1–1.2 % propylene glycol. Obtained spherical microparticles are washed with 96 % ethyl alcohol, then decanted and dried at temperature of 25±2 °C. Size of the spherical microparticles is 20–100 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain spherical microparticles with encapsulated fat-soluble nutraceuticals.
