When the internal prediction mode is equal to 0 or 1, the set of cores of inseparable secondary transformation is set equal to 0. When the internal prediction mode is greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 12, the set of cores of the inseparable secondary transformation is set equal to 1. When the internal prediction mode is greater than or equal to 13 and less than or equal to 23, the set of cores of the inseparable secondary transformation is set equal to 2. When the internal prediction mode is greater than or equal to 24 and less than or equal to 44, the set of cores of the inseparable secondary transformation is set equal to 3. When the internal prediction mode is greater than or equal to 45 and less than or equal to 55, the set of cores of the inseparable secondary transformation is set equal to 2.
EFFECT: high efficiency of video encoding.
