FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: connecting device for connection of engine flywheel and generator input shaft contains: a first connecting element located on the input shaft of the generator and provided with a first connecting hole; a second connecting element provided with a first mounting hole, one side of the second connecting element is connected to the engine flywheel, and the other side of the second connecting element is equipped with the first mounting hole. First fastening element, the first mounting hole and the first connection hole are connected by the first fastening element. First connecting element is connected to the second connecting element of another design through the first connecting hole, the first mounting hole and the first fastening element. Input shaft of the generator is located in the housing of the generator. Connecting device comprises a third connecting element configured to be put on the first connecting element. One side of third connecting element is made with possibility to be connected to generator housing, and the other side of the third connecting element is configured to be connected to the first connecting element. Third connecting element includes adapter plate and bearing. Adapter plate comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate. First connecting plate extends radially along the generator input shaft, the second connecting plate extends axially along the generator input shaft, first connection plate is perpendicular to the second connection plate. Bearing is equipped with bushing on first connecting element, adapter plate is made with possibility to be put on bearing, bearing inner race is tightly coupled with first connecting element, bearing outer race is tightly coupled with the second connecting plate, while the first connecting plate is connected to the generator housing.

EFFECT: increased versatility due to reduced axial size of the connecting device.
