SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food processing equipment, post-harvest and pre-sowing treatment, disinfection of grain and its processing products, in particular to drying and disinfection, and can be used in food industry, agriculture, at elevators, at cereal factories and mills, in preparation of fodders. Processing of products is carried out by electromagnetic field of microwave, which is supplied to product by means of radiating waveguides. Radiating waveguide of microwave electromagnetic field with convective channel is made in form of perforated pipe, in which there is a magnetron installed so that the air flow from the fan cools it. Magnetrons are installed both on one and on both sides of waveguide, place of microwave field energy input into waveguide is divided with place of air input into waveguide by partition. A plug is installed on the side of microwave field energy input at the end of the waveguide. Slot radiators covered with radiotransparent material are cut out on the surface of the waveguide for radiation of the microwave electromagnetic field.

EFFECT: increased uniformity of processed product heating and possibility to comply with its processing technology.
