FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of processing textile materials. Textile material wound into a roll is placed in a drying chamber. Material is dried and heated for 0.3–3 hours at 40–45 °C. Dried and heated roll is fixed on the rollers of the rewinding mechanism located in the chamber of the magnetron spraying unit. Chamber is evacuated to residual pressure not exceeding 5.0×10−5 mm Hg, inert gas is injected into the chamber to pressure of (1.2–2.4)×10−3 mm Hg. Voltage is applied to at least one magnetron with a target cathode made from a metal or alloy plate. Metal or alloy is sprayed, which condenses on one and/or two sides of material during its rewinding from roll to roll. Thickness of the applied coating is controlled by the speed of rewinding the material, by changing the distance between the target and the substrate, as well as by changing the current supplied to the magnetron. At the end of the metal sputtering process, flaw detection and simultaneous treatment of the obtained material in low-temperature plasma of a low-pressure glow discharge in a non-polymerizing gas is performed during rewinding of the material.
EFFECT: higher quality of material for suits that hide infrared radiation and protect against electromagnetic influence.
