FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanomaterials by modification of surface of a metal-containing frame compounds, which can be used as highly-porous effective heterogeneous catalysts for hydrogenation of unsaturated compounds, photocatalysts in solar batteries. Method involves application of a metal or a metal compound onto a metal-containing frame compound in the gas phase, herewith the metal-containing frame compound used is an aluminium-containing powder, which is preliminarily degassed to the pressure of 5×10-5-2×10-5 mmHg and activated in low-temperature plasma of glow discharge of unpolymerized gas, application of a metal or a metal compound is carried out using reactive magnetron sputtering for 55-65 minutes while stirring with the help of a knife, then the metal-containing frame compound is removed by calcination at the temperature of 580-600 °C.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing the temperature of the process, higher purity and porosity of the product, as well as at higher ecological compatibility and safety of the production thereof and higher efficiency due to reduced number of applied atoms of metals or metal compounds.
