FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry, namely to equipment and technology of hydrocarbon gas treatment, and can be used in gas, oil and other industries. Adsorption plant for purifying natural gas includes a control valve, an inlet separator, adsorbers, top of which is connected to initial gas supply line, cooling gas supply line and regeneration saturated gas discharge line, and the bottom is connected to the prepared gas discharge line, the cooling gas discharge line and the regeneration gas supply line, a filtering device, a furnace, a high-pressure separator in series connected to the medium and low pressure separators. Initial gas feed line passes through control valve and is connected to inlet separator. Gas outlet from the inlet separator is connected to the first recuperative heat exchanger. Cooling gas supply line is connected to the initial gas supply line before the control valve and is connected to the separator filter. Cooling gas discharge line is connected in series to the second filtering device, the second recuperative heat exchanger and the furnace. Regeneration saturated gas discharge line is connected in series to the third filtering device, the second recuperative heat exchanger, the first recuperative heat exchanger, a propane cooler and a high-pressure separator. Gas condensate discharge line from high-pressure separator is connected to medium pressure separator via throttle. Regeneration waste gas discharge line from the high-pressure separator is connected to the initial gas supply line after the control valve before the inlet separator. Methanol recovery unit is connected to process water discharge line, and the outlet is connected through the regenerated methanol supply line to the regenerated saturated gas line between the first recuperative heat exchanger and the propane cooler and contains the interconnected inlet recuperative heat exchanger, the outlet from which is connected to the middle part of the rectification column. Upper part of the column is interconnected with the air cooler, the reflux tank and the first pump. Lower part of the fractionation column is connected in series to the reboiler, the second pump and the inlet heat exchanger through the process water discharge line. In addition, a silica gel processing unit is installed, the inputs of which are connected to the used silica gel loading line, to the fuel gas discharge line from the medium pressure fuel network and to the prepared gas part line, which is connected through the throttle to the prepared gas line. Outlets are connected to discharge line of mixture of processed silica gel and high-carbon material from plant, to discharge line of pyrolysis gas, which is connected through gas filter to low-pressure fuel network and to discharge to consumer. Silica gel processing unit comprises a fast pyrolysis reactor.

EFFECT: invention enables to ensure environmental safety, provide the possibility of resource saving of the installation and obtaining an additional amount of stable condensate and fuel gas, as well as an additional amount of hydrocarbon products: pyrolysis gas, pyrolysis condensate and a mixture of processed silica gel and high-carbon material.
