FIELD: feed production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed production and, in particular, feed additives. As a nutrient medium for enriching grain raw materials by enriching it, minced meat is used, obtained using a grinding grate-knife apparatus (GKA). To do this, the grain raw materials are distributed in a minced nutrient medium at a ratio of minced meat:grain = 1:1 (wt.%), by stirring with exposure in it for at least one hour. Then, with the help of GKA, a dough-like meat-bone-grain composition is obtained.
EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to expand technological capabilities by combining operations when performing them in one cycle to reduce energy consumption by at least two times. At the same time, the biological value of the feed additive increases due to the formation of protein-mineral-vitamin complexes.
