SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and can be used to obtain samples of interstitial biological fluid from a mucous membrane both in vivo and in vitro. Method of interstitial biological fluid sampling, during which a fluid sampling device is applied to a tissue area, from which it is planned to take liquid, then vacuum is created on this area of tissue, held for a certain time and liquid is sampled. Interstitial biological fluid is sampled from a mucous membrane, and a syringe with an under-needle cone with diameter of 2.5–3.5 mm is used as a fluid intake device, which is pressed to the mucosal area, wherein the vacuum is created by pulling the syringe plunger, after which it is held in such a state for at least 40 seconds, then the syringe is withdrawn from the mucosal area and by pressing the syringe plunger the liquid is moved into the storage container.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of simple and effective sampling of interstitial biological fluid from mucous membrane both in vivo and in vitro.
