FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: formation of multitude of micropores on skin section by means of microneedle applicator, containing a row of needles, by application of positive pressure on said applicator, and extraction of subcutaneous interstitial fluid through said micropores by means of needles are carried out. Positive pressure on microneedle applicator is performed for not less than 1 minute. Exposure of applicator on skin is carried out for 20 minutes and after removal of applicator from skin, it is subjected to centrifugation in mode 210 rev/min for 2 minutes. As microneedle applicator used is applicator with surface area 1 cm2 and containing 100 polymer needles 300 mcm high, made with possibility of sampling 0.6-1.1 mcl of subcutaneous interstitial fluid. Skin section, on which microneedle applicator is applied, is preliminarily processed with antiseptic.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to unify method of obtaining subcutaneous interstitial fluid for various diagnostic purposes, with simultaneous provision of practically complete filling of volume of needles with said fluid and sufficiently complete extraction of sampled fluid from them.
