FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves production of mother culture, preparation of liquid nutrient medium containing sources of carbon, nitrogen, mineral salts and water, inoculation of nutrient medium with mother culture, submerged cultivation with subsequent separation and drying of mycelium biomass. Cultivation process is carried out at pH 4.2–6.2, temperature 26–37 °C with linear speed of mixing device from 0.3 to 0.5 m/s for 6–16 days. During fermentation, stepwise aeration of the nutrient medium with sterile air is maintained at level of 0.3 l/l/min during the lag phase, 0.5–1.0 l/l/min in the exponential growth phase, 1.0–1.5 l/l/min in stationary growth phase, with output of biomass 6.0–10.2 g/l per one cycle.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a viable basidiomycete biomass.
