FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to Solanum lycopersicum plant having fruits with high BRIX level and not having necrosis. Part of said plant, recombinant DNA, which contains said plant, is disclosed. Also disclosed is a method of producing said tomato plant, a method of selecting a tomato plant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to efficiently produce tomato plants having fruits with high BRIX content.
