SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cultivated Cucumis sativus var plant. sativus, having increased yield of fruit, to its part, seed, fruit, as well as to its cell. Also disclosed is a method of identifying a cultivated C. sativus var plant. sativus, comprising recombinant chromosome 3, as well as to a method for detecting whether a cultivated cucumber plant contains a fragment of an introgression on chromosome 3. Invention also relates to a method for identifying a cucumber wild relative plant containing a QTL crop on chromosome 3.

EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain a Cucumis sativus variety sativus plant having an increased yield of fruits.
