Identification of allelic variants of rs143334143 (G>A) of the CCHCR1 gene is carried out using developed primers and probes.

EFFECT: development of a simple method for genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs143334143 (G>A), localized in the position chr6:31153649 of the CCHCR1 gene by real-time polymerase chain reaction using allele-specific signalling probes containing FAM and ROX fluorophores.
