FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for genotyping a polymorphic locus rs117245733 (G>A) of the LOC124903162 gene in a human. Said method is carried out by real-time PCR, wherein the method involves identifying allelic variants rs117245733 (G>A) of the LOC124903162 gene using forward and reverse primers rs117245733, characterized by sequences SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2, respectively, as well as rs117245733-G-allele-specific and rs117245733-A-allele-specific fluorescent-labelled probes with sequences SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4, respectively.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple and cost-effective method of genotyping single-nucleotide polymorphism rs117245733 (G>A) localized in a position chr13:40149807 (GRCh38.p14) of the LOC124903162 gene by real-time polymerase chain reaction.
