SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 2-arylthiazole derivative and salts thereof, represented by general formula 1, where R1 is hydrogen, C1~C4-alkyl group or C1~C4-alkyl group substituted with mono- or di-C1~C5-alkylamino; R2 is C1~C4-alkyl group; A is a group selected from a group consisting of the following groups of formulas: 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d; in formulas 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d * denotes a site attached to a compound of formula 1; n is 1, 2 or 3; R3 and R4, independently of each other, are hydrogen or C1~C4-alkyl; or R3 and R4 are bonded to each other, to the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, to form piperidine, morpholine or pyrrolidine, where piperidine, morpholine or pyrrolidine is optionally substituted with C1~C4-alkyl; R5 and R6 are C1~C4-alkyl; or R5 and R6 form a ring to form cyclopentane, cyclohexane or tetrahydropyran; Cy is a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group selected from the group consisting of homopiperazinyl, piperidinyl, morpholinyl and pyrrolidinyl, wherein the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group is optionally substituted with C1~C4-alkyl or benzyl. Invention also relates to a method of producing a compound of formula 1 and a pharmaceutical composition containing a compound of formula 1.
