SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Y is O or S, (1) if Y is O, R1 is hydrogen or a C1-C4 alkyl group substituted with mono- or di-C1-C5 alkylamino, R2-C1-C6 alkyl group, R3 is hydrogen, and R4 - (4-(dimethylamino)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4-yl)methyl group, C1-C4 alkyl group substituted with mono- or di-C1-C5 alkylamino, C1-C4 alkyl group substituted with a nitrogen-containing cyclic ring selected from the group consisting of morpholine, piperidine or pyrrolidine, the nitrogen-containing cyclic ring being optionally substituted with C1-C4 alkyl, or a piperidinyl group optionally substituted with C1-C4 alkyl, or R3 and R4 are connected to each other by the nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form a piperazine ring, the piperazine ring being optionally substituted with C1-C4 alkyl, (2) if Y is S, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen; C1-C6 alkyl group or C1-C4 alkyl group substituted with mono- or di-C1-C5 alkylamino, R3 is hydrogen, and R4-C1-C4 alkyl group substituted with mono- or di-C1-C5 alkylamino, or R3 and R4 are connected to each other by the nitrogen atom to which they are attached to form a piperazine ring, the piperazine ring being optionally substituted with C1-C4 alkyl. The invention also relates to methods for preparing a compound of formula 1 and its use.

EFFECT: new compounds have been obtained that can be used in medicine for the prevention, alleviation or treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, liver diseases, metabolic diseases by inducing autography.
