High-speed differential operational amplifier based on complementary bipolar transistors additionally comprises first (19) and second (20) additional transistors, additional (21) current mirror, first (22) and second (23) additional correcting capacitors, first (24) and second (25) additional buffer amplifiers, first (26) and second (28) auxiliary transistors, first (27) and second (29) auxiliary sources of reference current.
EFFECT: increasing the maximum rate of rise of the output voltage of the negative front to level of 12,000 V/mcs without stricter requirements to technological standards of the process of its manufacturing for Si, GaN, GaAs, SiC.
