FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abdominal surgery, gastroenterology. Before closure, the perforation is treated with 5% Argovit solution. Perforation is closed by means of vicryl pre-treated with solution containing 2.5 ml of 5% Argovit solution, 10 ml of 20% albumin and 15 ml of bidistilled water. Operation is completed by treating the subhepatic space and lateral canals of the abdominal cavity with 5% Argovit solution.
EFFECT: method provides effective prevention ensured by prolonged antibacterial effect of colloidal silver and enables reducing a risk of suture leakage and pyoinflammatory complications after perforated ulcer closure.
