SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production and repair of electrical machines, for example insulating pins of brackets of brush holders. Device for drying insulating pins of brackets of brush holders of electric machines by infrared radiation comprises a drying chamber, infrared emitters and temperature control sensors, as well as a control unit configured to move relative to the drying chamber and comprising an electric motor, worm gearbox equipped with a drive shaft with a setting head, electric motor and temperature field control modules, wherein in the upper and lower parts of the outer surface of the drying chamber there are elements for attaching the corresponding ends of the mounting panel to it, in which there are cartridges for fastening insulating pins, by means of gears connected to the intermediate shaft located on the mounting panel, made with possibility of connection with worm reduction gear drive shaft setting head, control unit is connected to drying chamber by means of guide racks with its movement limiter, and the mounting panel with cartridges, gears, an intermediate shaft and insulating pins fixed on it is made with the possibility of placing the insulating pins inside the drying chamber in the working position during drying.

EFFECT: increased rate of drying insulation of a set of insulating pins, formation of a uniform insulating layer on the surface of insulating pins, increased energy efficiency of the drying process.
