FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to production and repair of electrical machines, for example, polymer insulation of brush holder bracket pins. Circuit of conveyor method of drying polymer insulation of brush holder bracket pins of electric machines by infrared radiation includes: brush holder bracket pin (1), conveyor (2), driven gear wheel (3); rotary gear wheel (4), infrared radiator (5). Impregnated pins (1) in amount of 12 pieces are screwed into the driven gear wheels (3) fixed on conveyor (2). Conveyor runs automatically stopping at the moment of pin (1) installation opposite infrared radiator (5). Simultaneously gear wheel (3) is engaged by the rotary gear wheel (4) intended for uniform pin rotation around its axis, thus providing for its drying with IR-radiation generated by radiator 5 at temperature 100…120 °C. On completion of pin drying cycle, conveyor starts running again till the next stop.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of energy consumption and time for process operations.
