FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electric motors with an external rotor. Heat exchanger for electric motor with external rotor consists of external and internal cylindrical surfaces, between which there are radial walls made in the form of evolvent and spirally twisted around the axis of symmetry, with formation of channels for air passage. At the same time walls are penetrated by concentrically located pins-turbulators.
EFFECT: increasing the cooling efficiency of the stator of an electric machine with an external rotor.
