FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention describes a method for extracting C2 components in methane-containing industrial gas. Method includes: (1) cooling the compressed methane-containing industrial gas and performing gas-liquid separation; (2) absorption of C2 components in gas phase using absorbent to obtain absorption-rich liquid; (3) returning the absorption-rich liquid for compression to step (1) or mixing the absorption-rich liquid with the liquid phase obtained at step (1) to obtain a mixed liquid and reducing the pressure of the mixed liquid or absorption-rich liquid; (4) performing desorption of methane in a low-pressure stream to obtain an enriched absorbent or performing a second gas-liquid separation in a low-pressure stream followed by desorption of methane on a second liquid phase to obtain an enriched absorbent; and (5) desorption and recovery of the rich absorbent to obtain a lean absorbent and rich gas and recycling and reuse of the lean absorbent. Invention also relates to versions of a device for extracting C2 components in methane-containing industrial gas.
EFFECT: high fraction of extraction of C2 or heavier components, as well as low total power consumption.
