FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for selective hydrogenation of butadiene extraction residual gas. Method is characterized by that the selective hydrogenation method involves: (1) alkyne-containing residual gas from the butadiene extraction unit is fed into a feed tank, optionally impurities trapped in the alkyne-containing residual gas are removed before feeding into the feed tank; (2) raw material C4 in the feed tank is compressed by means of a feed pump to the pressure required for the reaction, then combined with the circulating stream C4 from the output buffer tank of the first stage reactor and supplied to the mixer of the first stage, where it is mixed with gaseous hydrogen and fed into first stage reactor for hydrogenation reaction of first stage, and the first stage reaction stream obtained from the reaction is fed into the first stage reactor outlet buffer tank; hydrogen gas required for reaction in the first stage reactor is supplied in the first mode of supply or in the second mode of supply: first feed mode provides for: all of the hydrogen gas required for the reaction is fed through the output buffer tank of the first stage reactor, and then fed into the first stage reactor through a first line at the outlet of the output buffer tank of the first stage reactor; second mode of supply comprises: part of hydrogen gas required for reaction is supplied through output buffer tank of first stage reactor, and then fed into the first stage reactor through a first line at the outlet of the output buffer tank of the first stage reactor; and another portion of hydrogen gas is fed through the first stage mixer, and then fed into the first stage reactor; (3) there is no withdrawal of the gas phase from the output buffer tank of the first stage reactor, and the liquid-phase product is divided into at least two streams, wherein first flow is returned to first stage reactor as circulation flow C4, and the second stream is used as feed to the stabilization column or is subjected to additional hydrotreatment before supply to the stabilization column; (4) hydrogenation product C4 is extracted after separation in a stabilization column. Invention also relates to a device.
EFFECT: use of the disclosed invention enables uniform distribution of gaseous hydrogen during the reaction, as well as improved selectivity of the selective hydrogenation reaction and prolonged service life of the reactor.
