FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a catalytic component of a Ziegler-Natt catalyst for olefin polymerization, its production method, a catalyst including it, a prepolymerized catalyst, and a method for olefin polymerization. The catalytic component includes magnesium, titanium, halogen, an inner electron-donor compound, and an auxiliary precipitating additive, which contains an additive a of the formula (I), including isomer of the general formula (I-a) and/or (I-b). The content of the auxiliary precipitating additive a is less than 1.0 wt.% per the total weight of the catalytic component. The method for the production of the catalytic component includes stages of: 1) dissolution of a magnesium compound in a system of solvents to form a solution containing the magnesium compound; 2) precipitation of particles of magnesium-containing solid substances from the solution containing the magnesium compound in the presence of the auxiliary precipitating additive, which contains at least one auxiliary precipitating additive a of the formula (I), which contains isomers (I-a) and/or (I-b), in amount of more than 80 wt.% per the total weight of the auxiliary precipitating additive a; 3) application of an active component based on titanium to particles of magnesium-containing solid substances to form a solid catalytic component.
EFFECT: extremely low content of a residual auxiliary precipitating additive in the resulting solid catalytic component, as a result of which hindering impact of the auxiliary precipitating additive on an inner electron donor is eliminated; increase in the activity.
