FIELD: communication systems; control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in designing an automated system for controlling transport communication networks. For this purpose, an IP automatic telephone exchange (IP-ATE) is provided in the automated communication control system, confidential segment communication technological control server, open segment communication technological control server, radio relay stations, satellite communication stations, and a wireless broadband access station with a corresponding connection to known elements of the device.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of: monitoring and process control of communication equipment of confidential and open segments in an automated mode; conducting confidential telephone communication in automatic telephone exchange mode with subscribers of both own and interacting communication objects for operational exchange of service information; and implementation of information exchange with interacting communication objects by means of wire (electrical or optical) lines, as well as radio relay, satellite communication lines and wireless broadband radio access stations.
