Proposed device additionally includes multi-protocol unidirectional gateway, video surveillance server, video recording server, analogue video capture module, digital video capture module, input IP line, workstation (automated workstation) of video surveillance operator, firewall of confidential segment, confidential document management server, confidential document management switch, AWS of confidential document flow control, AWS of confidential document flow and AWS of communication services control with the corresponding scheme of their connection to each other and to initial units of the device.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of a communication and service management system, including: possibility of video surveillance and broadcasting the video signal to the video conferencing system for monitoring activities carried out at various user facilities; possibility of electronic document management with provision of confidential messages exchange between different users via open communication channels; possibility of monitoring quality levels of providing communication services and controlling parameters of a data network to ensure a given quality of services.
