SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for coffee drink preparation in brewing chamber of coffee machine and a coffee machine used for this method implementation. Method envisages boiled water supply to the input of brewing chamber during the first time interval of first brewing phase with first discharge rate and during the second time interval of first brewing phase with further supply of boiling water to the input of brewing chamber with second hot water volumetric flow rate, wherein the first volume flow rate and the second volume flow rate in each case differ from zero and the second volume flow rate is less than the first volume flow rate.
EFFECT: described method provides improved output of coffee, in particular, on its first phase preventing undesirable spray occurring due to increased pressure of coffee drink at the outlet which is able to cause burns.
