FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coking and exhaust gas treatment. Coking and flue gas treatment system, including a coking plant with a gas supply pipeline and an exhaust pipeline, wherein the gas supply pipeline comprises a first gas supply pipeline and a second gas supply pipeline; oxygen supply unit connected to the first gas supply pipeline; gas supply unit connected to the second gas supply pipeline; flow control unit located on the first gas supply pipeline and the second gas supply pipeline; a gas activation unit connected to the exhaust pipe and the oxygen supply unit; and a gas treatment unit connected to the gas activation unit via the first recuperation pipeline; wherein the oxygen supply unit is configured to supply pure oxygen, and the gas supply unit is configured to supply air or carbon dioxide or air and carbon dioxide; flow control unit is configured to control the gas flow passing through the first gas supply pipeline and the second gas supply pipeline, respectively; coking plant is configured to produce coke using a combustion-supporting gas obtained by mixing pure oxygen and air, or pure oxygen and carbon dioxide, or pure oxygen, air and carbon dioxide; gas activation unit is made with possibility to produce mixed gas and activated carbon by means of reaction of activation of reaction gas source with carburized material, wherein the reaction gas source is obtained by mixing the coke furnace flue gas discharged from the exhaust pipe with pure oxygen and water vapour, and wherein the mixed gas contains synthesis gas, exhaust gas and carbon dioxide; and the gas processing unit is configured to separate the mixed gas to produce synthesis gas.
EFFECT: reduction of exhaust gas emissions.
