FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, more specifically to dentistry, namely to orthodontics, and is intended for use in correction of malocclusion. Performing the following sequence of actions: making 3D image of the patient's teeth to fix their initial position; determining the final position after the dental treatment by means of virtual planning; determining the path of movement of at least one tooth of the patient from its initial to final position; formation of a staged treatment plan, wherein the duration of each stage is from one to five days and includes the daily replacement of the aligner, wherein aligners are replaced at every stage with aligners of a new shape, allowing displacement of every tooth. At the same time, at the initial stage of treatment, at progressive tooth movement, the force of the aligner pressure on the teeth being moved is within the range of values: 0.49–5 N, at overturning tooth movement, force of aligner pressure on the teeth being moved is within the range of values: 0.145–3 N, and at the next stages of treatment with the progressive movement of the tooth, the force of the aligner pressure on the teeth being moved is within the range of values: 0.01–5 N, during overturning movement of the tooth, the force of the aligner pressure on the teeth being moved is within the range of values: 0.01–3 N. Power moment during rotation around the axis is in the range of values: 45–450 g*mm. After that, the treatment process is diagnosed, and if according to the diagnostic results, the final position of at least one tooth is not achieved, then the timing of the current stage of treatment is adjusted to seven days, after which the process of displacement of the teeth to the required position is again controlled by the test template or the treatment plan is corrected by including an additional step, on which 3D scanning is performed, the current position of the client's teeth is compared with the planned initial position of the teeth at the beginning of the next stage, and then the whole further treatment plan is corrected.
EFFECT: due to constant pressure exerted on teeth as a result of using one-day aligners, method enables to accelerate the process of treatment, as well as to exclude sharp pressure drops on teeth, which eliminates pain and discomfort in the client.
